摘  要:通过对起动机的正常和异常运转状态的振动信号进行分析,对比其运行过程实测数据,识别出导致异常振动的零组件或装配原因,并通过了工程实际试验验证,实现了在故障发生前,对导致振动异常的零组件进行定位,正确诊断出异常振动的发生原因。This article analyzes the vibration signals of the normal and abnormal operating states of the starter motor,compares the measured data during its operation process,identifies the components or assembly reasons that cause abnormal vibration,and verifies them through engineering practical experiments.It realizes the localization of the components that cause abnormal vibration before the fault occurs,and correctly diagnoses the cause of abnormal vibration.
