摘  要:在日常自行车骑行过程中,需要频繁减速停车、减速下坡,造成能量的损失;而自行车在上坡时骑行者总是感觉乏力,造成了下坡能量损失、上坡十分辛苦的情况。为了解决减速能量损失与上坡乏力的问题,提高骑行者的骑行体验,在分析机械传动原理和模块协同工作的基础上,提出并设计了基于STM32单片机的自行车刹车复能系统。该系统由控制模块、能量存储模块、电机模块组成,其工作模式包括刹车能量回收模式、骑行助力模式、正常骑行模式。通过控制模块控制共享自行车的工作状态,当正常行驶时开启正常行驶模式,自行车正常行驶;当刹车减速时启动能量回收模式,自行车把刹车能量转化为电能储存;当自行车需要上坡时启动骑行助力模式,使骑行更轻松。During the daily cycling process,frequent deceleration and stops,as well as deceleration when going downhill,result in energy loss.Moreover,when cycling uphill,riders always feel weak,causing a situation of energy loss when going downhill and great difficulty when going uphill.To address the issues of deceleration energy loss and weakness when climbing uphill and enhance the cycling experience of riders,based on the analysis of mechanical transmission principles and module collaborative operation,a bicycle brake energy recovery system based on the STM32 microcontroller was proposed and designed.This system consists of a control module,an energy storage module,and a motor module,and its working modes include the brake energy recovery mode,the riding assistance mode,and the normal riding mode.The control module controls the working status of the shared bicycle.When riding normally,the normal riding mode is activated,and the bicycle operates normally.When braking and decelerating,the energy recovery mode is initiated,and the braking energy of the bicycle is converted into electrical energy for storage.When the bicycle needs to go uphill,the brake assistance mode is activated,making the cycling more effortless.
