摘  要:针对现有的太阳跟踪系统综合控制精度低和抗干扰能力差的问题,为了提高太阳光的传输和转换效率,开发设计了一套基于位置敏感器件的太阳跟踪系统,利用位置敏感器件的高精度特性提高跟踪系统的跟踪精度。该系统以PLC作为主控单元,以DSP作为位置敏感器件的数据处理单元,利用位置敏感器件实时测量太阳跟踪系统的偏差并进行补偿,实现了太阳的高精度跟踪,并提高了系统的抗干扰能力。Aiming at the problems of low comprehensive control accuracy and poor anti-interference ability of the existing Sunlight Tracking System,in order to improve the transmission or conversion efficiency of sunlight,a Sunlight Tracking System based on Position Sensitive Devices is designed and developed.The high-precision characteristics of Position Sensitive Devices are used to improve the tracking accuracy of the tracking system.The system uses PLC as the main control system and DSP as the data processing unit of the Position Sensitive Device.The Position Sensitive Device is used to measure the deviation of the Sunlight Tracking System in real time and compensate it.The high precision tracking of sunlight is realized and the anti-interference ability of the system is improved.
