摘 要:为了提高地铁检测的效率和精度,提升系统运行的稳定性,开发了一种新型地铁列检机器人系统,对系统架构、系统硬件、系统软件、故障识别算法及现场应用情况进行了研究。该地铁列检机器人能够通过高清摄像机对地铁关键部件进行实时图像采集和数据分析,并将图像和数据利用高速无线网络传递到控制中心,实现了系统故障情况的自动判断。实际应用表明:该地铁列检机器人对故障的识别准确率达到了90.91%以上,将故障排查时间降低了66.7%以上,有效地提升了地铁运行安全检测效率和准确性。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of subway detection and enhance the stability of system operation,a new type of subway inspection robot system has been developed.The system architecture,hardware,software,fault recognition algorithm,and on-site application were analyzed.The subway inspection robot is capable of real-time image acquisition and data analysis of key subway components through high-definition cameras,and transmits the images and data to the control center via highspeed wireless networks,achieving automatic diagnosis of system faults.Practical application has shown that the subway inspection robot has an accuracy rate of over 90.91% in identifying faults,reducing the troubleshooting time by over 66.7% and effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of subway operation safety detection.
