基于10MR型工控板的公铁两用车导向安全监测装置

摘　　要：为了避免公铁两用车的导向装置偶尔会出现液压油缸液压油泄漏导致液压油压强不足,使得导向装置异常抬起,造成公铁两用车脱轨的严重安全问题,设计了一款公铁两用车导向安全监测装置。该安全监测装置以10MR工控板为核心,同时设计有4个接近开关和2个中间继电器。工控板内部写有程序代码,当接近开关检测到导向装置异常抬起后,工控板自动控制2个继电器动作;再将这2个继电器触点信号引入到公铁两用车的制动系统中,控制车辆紧急制动,避免车辆发生安全事故。该安全监测装置具有价格低、体积小、可维护性强和检测灵敏等诸多优点。Occasionally,there may be abnormal hydraulic oil leakage from the hydraulic cylinder of the guide device of the dualpurpose vehicle,which will result in insufficient hydraulic oil pressure and abnormal lifting of the guide device.Abnormal lifting of the guiding device can cause derailment of dual-use vehicles for highways and railways,resulting in serious safety issues.In order to avoid safety accidents,a dual-purpose vehicle guidance safety monitoring device is designed.The device is based on a ioMR industrial control board,and is designed with 4 proximity switches and 2 intermediate relays.There is program code written inside the industrial control board.When the proximity switch detects abnormal lifting of the guiding device,the industrial control board automatically controls the action of two relays.The road and railway dual-use vehicle will introduce these two relay contact signals into the braking system of the vehicle to control emergency braking and avoid safety accidents.The guidance safety monitoring device for this dual-use vehicle has many advantages,such as low price,small size,strong maintainability,and sensitive detection.
