摘 要:针对传统煤矿开采作业中,主通风机的启动与风量调控无法采用变频技术进行优化,限制了通风系统效能的问题,研发了一套煤矿井下通风智能化变频及动态监控系统。通过对当前煤矿井下通风系统运作状态的细致剖析,将先进的人工智能和自动化技术深度整合至煤矿井下的通风网络中,并结合智能化技术,构建了一套能够自动监测、实时调整通风设备工作状态的软件解决方案,提升了通风效能,降低了能源消耗,保障了矿井的安全。In traditional coal mining operations,the start-up and air volume control of the main ventilation fan often cannot be optimized using frequency conversion technology,which limits the efficiency of the ventilation system.This article aims to develop an intelligent frequency conversion and dynamic monitoring system for underground ventilation in coal mines.Through a detailed analysis of the current operation status of the underground ventilation system in coal mines,advanced artificial intelligence and automation technology have been deeply integrated into the ventilation network of coal mines.Combined with intelligent technology,a software solution that can automatically monitor and adjust the working status of ventilation equipment in real time has been constructed.This has shown significant results in improving ventilation efficiency,reducing energy consumption,and ensuring the safety of operators.
