摘 要:针对南寨煤矿35kV供电系统存在的功率因数偏小、电压畸变率偏大、总谐波失真严重的问题,研究了适用于该煤矿供电系统的无功补偿装置。运用DSP+CPLD+MCR结构构建无功补偿装置并完成软、硬件设计,最后完成现场试验分析。分析结果表明:设计的无功补偿装置能够将南寨煤矿35kV供电系统平均功率因数值提升至0.95,平均电压畸变率下降至1.507%,总谐波畸变率下降至0.29%,保障了南寨煤矿35kV供电系统安全、稳定和高效运行。In the view of the problems of low power factor,high voltage distortion and serious harmonic pollution in the 35 kV power supply system of Nanzhai Coal mine,a reactive power compensation device suitable for the power supply system is studied.This paper uses DSP+CPLD+MCR structure to construct reactive power compensation device and complete the software and hardware design,and finally complete the test analysis.The results show that the reactive power compensation device designed in this paper can increase the average power factor value of 35 kV power supply system in Nanzhai Coal mine to 0.95,the average voltage distortion rate to 1.507%,and the total harmonic distortion rate THD to 0.29%,ensuring the safe,stable and efficient operation of 35kV power supply system.
