摘 要:对于航空产品,装配质量是产品质量的重要一环,任何装配差异都有可能导致故障隐患。针对航空燃油补偿器使用中的漏油问题,从现象排查、理论分析、装配模拟和试验验证多个方面着手,确定了挡圈装配不到位、使用中脱出是导致漏油的原因,最后给出了纠正措施,以杜绝此类问题的再次发生。For aviation products,assembly quality is an important part of product quality,and any assembly differences may lead to hidden faults.This article focuses on the problem of oil leakage in aviation fuel compensator during use,Through multiple aspects such as phenomenon investigation,theoretical analysis assemble simulation,and experimental verification,it is determined that improper assembly of the baffle and detachment during use are the causes of oil leakage.Finally,corrective measures are provided to prevent such problems from happening again.
