加长行程自移机尾在综采工作面的应用研究

摘  要:针对当前矿井综采工作面高效快采多循环作业中自移机尾拉移环节耗时等制约因素,结合国内外自移机尾发展现状,提出了采取一种加长行程自移机尾,从而降低自移机尾拉移频次、缩短工艺环节时间、提高回采效率的方案。经在矿井实际生产中应用,取得了良好效果。This paper focuses on the time-consuming and other restrictive factors in the pulling process of the self-moving tail during the multi-cycle operation of high-efficiency and rapid mining in the current fully-mechanized mining face of the mine.In combination with the current development status of self-moving tails at home and abroad,a scheme of adopting a self-moving tail with an extended stroke is proposed,thereby reducing the frequency of pushing and pulling the self-moving tail,shortening the time of the technological process,and improving the mining efficiency.Through its application in the actual production of the mine,favorable results have been achieved.
