摘　　要：通过建立全链路物流质量管理理念,从供应商端订单及防错漏管理、包装物流设计方案验证到海外工厂仓储库存,实施全过程KD成熟度评审,并充分发挥数字化、智慧物流等智能化手段,从而有效提高KD物流质量管理水平,保证KD出口产品质量满足海外客户要求。Through the establishment of the whole link logistics quality management concept,from supplier-side order and error-proof and leakage management,packaging logistics design plan verification,to overseas factory warehousing inventory,the whole process of KD maturity review is implemented,and give full play to digitalization,intelligent logistics and other intelligent means,can effectively improve the quality management level of KD logistics,to ensure that the quality of KD export products meet the requirements of overseascustmers.
