摘 要:针对流动注射分析法在水中阴离子表面活性剂检测中的应用进行优化研究。通过分析阴离子表面活性剂的理化特性,探讨了在线固相萃取、荧光检测和离子色谱联用3种优化策略,分别提高了方法的灵敏度、抗干扰能力和检测选择性。试验结果表明,各优化方法均具有有效性,为实现水中痕量阴离子表面活性剂的快速、精准分析提供了参考。Optimization study is conducted on the application of flow injection analysis in the detection of anionic surfactants in water.By analyzing the physicochemical properties of anionic surfactants,three optimization strategies for online solid-phase extraction,fluorescence detection,and ion chromatography were explored,which improved the sensitivity,anti-interference ability,and detection selectivity of the methods,respectively.The experimental results show that all optimization methods are effective,providing a reference for the rapid and accurate analysis of trace anionic surfactants in water quality.
