摘  要:以佛山某包装印刷企业为研究对象,应用沸石转轮浓缩与催化燃烧技术处理大风量低浓度有机废气。运行结果表明,该组合工艺对非甲烷总烃(Non-Methane Hydrocarbons,NMHC)和挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)的净化效率均达到93%以上,展现出良好的减排效果和经济效益,对中小型包装印刷企业治理废气具有推广价值。Taking a packaging and printing enterprise in Foshan as the research object,zeolite rotor concentration and catalytic combustion technology are applied to treat high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas.The operation results show that the combined process has a purification efficiency of over 93% for Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs),demonstrating good emission reduction and economic benefits.It has promotional value for small and medium-sized packaging and printing enterprises to treat waste gas.
