摘 要:随着环保意识的不断增强,石油废水处理的重要性日益凸显。主要分析了电极化处理技术的原理及石油废水处理的需求,提出了电极化处理技术的设计方案,从反应动力学、电场分布、传质效率、工艺集成等方面探讨了优化策略。通过案例应用,验证了电极化处理技术在石油废水处理中的显著优势,能够高效去除污染物,实现排放达标,在工业领域具有广阔的应用前景。With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the importance of treating petroleum wastewater is becoming increasingly prominent.The principle of electrochemical treatment technology and the demand for petroleum wastewater treatment were mainly analyzed,and a design scheme for electrochemical treatment technology was proposed.Optimization strategies were explored from the aspects of reaction kinetics,electric field distribution,mass transfer efficiency,and process integration.Through case applications,the significant advantages of electrochemical treatment technology in the treatment of petroleum wastewater have been verified,which can efficiently remove pollutants and achieve emission standards.It has broad application prospects in the industrial field.
