摘  要:汞属于有害物质,荧光灯管破碎后,汞会以汞蒸气形式进入大气,易造成水污染和土壤污染,危害人体健康。因此,废弃后的荧光灯管被列入《国家危险废物名录(2025年版)》,按照危险废物进行管理。总结国内外废荧光灯管的主要处置技术及其优缺点,在我国“无废城市”建设和垃圾分类的背景下研发一套数字化、无害化及资源化的废荧光灯管处理工艺及设备,保证汞达标排放,解决沈阳市乃至辽宁省当前和未来新增废荧光灯管处置难题,具有重要的示范意义。Mercury is a harmful substance,after fluorescent lamps are broken,mercury will enter the atmosphere in the form of mercury vapor,which can easily cause water pollution and soil pollution,endangering human health.Therefore,discarded fluorescent lamps are included in the National Hazardous Waste List (2025 Edition) and managed as hazardous waste.This paper summarizes the main disposal technologies for waste fluorescent lamps at home and abroad,as well as their advantages and disadvantages,against the backdrop of China’s “zero-waste city” construction and garbage classification,a digital,harmless,and resourceful waste fluorescent lamp treatment process and equipment have been developed to ensure mercury emissions meet standards and solve the current and future problems of waste fluorescent lamp disposal in Shenyang city and even Liaoning province,which has important demonstration significance.
