摘 要:反渗透膜技术凭借其独特的分离机制在工业废水处理领域发挥重要作用。试验研究了进水压强、温度、pH值等工艺参数对反渗透膜处理效果的影响,确定最佳运行条件是进水压强为2.0 MPa、温度为25 ℃、pH值为6.0~7.0。针对膜污染问题,建立了化学清洗方案并优化了预处理工艺。工程实践表明,反渗透膜技术处理电镀废水时运行稳定,化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)和重金属去除率分别达95%和99%以上,自动化程度高,运行成本合理,具有显著的环境效益和经济效益。Reverse osmosis membrane technology plays an important role in industrial wastewater treatment due to its unique separation mechanism.The experimental study explored the influence of process parameters such as inlet pressure,temperature,and pH value on the treatment effect of reverse osmosis membrane.The optimal operating conditions were determined to be inlet pressure of 2.0 MPa,temperature of 25 ℃,and pH value of 6.0~7.0.A chemical cleaning plan has been established and the pretreatment process has been optimized to address the issue of membrane fouling.Engineering practice has shown that reverse osmosis membrane technology operates stably when treating electroplating wastewater,with Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and heavy metal removal rates of over 95% and 99%,respectively.It has a high degree of automation,reasonable operating costs,and significant environmental and economic benefits.
