摘 要:以某酒厂污泥低温干化项目为研究对象,介绍了热泵耦合带式干化技术在污泥减量中的应用。对热泵耦合带式污泥低温干化技术的性能进行了测试,通过改变运行工况研究了系统在不同条件下的运行特性。结果表明,技术运行稳定性良好,当送风温度为65 ℃、送风量为100%、目标出泥含水率为30%时,平均单位能耗除水量(Specific Water Extraction Rate,SWER)为3.47 kg H_(2)O/(kW·h),能效比较优。在该能效下,干化1 t酒厂污泥的成本为107.04元,污泥减重比例达57.1%。该项目的建设和稳定运行对其他酒厂污泥干化减量项目有着一定的指导作用。Taking the low-temperature sludge drying project of a certain distillery as the research object,the application of heat pump coupled belt drying technology in sludge reduction is introduced.The performance of the heat pump coupled belt type low-temperature sludge drying technology was experimentally tested,and the operating characteristics of the system under different conditions were studied by changing the operating conditions.The results show that the technical operation stability is good.When the supply air temperature is 65 ℃,the supply air volume is 100%,and the target sludge moisture content is 30%,the average Specific Water Extraction Rate (SWER) per unit energy consumption is 3.47 kg H_2O/(kW·h),and the energy efficiency is relatively good.At this energy efficiency,the cost of drying 1 ton of distillery sludge is 107.04 yuan,and the sludge weight reduction ratio reaches 57.1%.The construction and stable operation of this project have a certain guiding role for other distillery sludge drying and reduction projects.
