摘　　要：矿山开采会对土地资源造成巨大破坏,这就需要强化土地资源利用管理和保护。深入分析矿山土地资源利用现状,探讨矿山土地资源利用管理的基本原则,提出矿山土地资源保护的实践措施。总体来说,要开展矿山土地复垦与生态修复,构建环境影响评估体系,落实智能化与精准化管理,强化政策法规执行保障,设计矿山土地利用优化方案。Mining will cause huge damage to land resources,which requires strengthening the management and protection of land resource utilization.The current situation of mining land resource utilization is thoroughly analyzed,the basic principles of mining land resource utilization management are explored,and the practical measures for mining land resource protection are proposed.Overall,it is necessary to carry out land reclamation and ecological restoration in mines,establish an environmental impact assessment system,implement intelligent and precise management,strengthen policy and regulatory enforcement guarantees,and design optimization plans for mining land use.
