摘  要:随着我国工业的快速发展,含盐工业废水排放量越来越大。发展高效、可靠的含盐工业废水处理技术具有非常重要的现实意义。双极膜具有高效的水解离特性,双极膜电渗析是一种操作简便、能耗低、高效清洁的新型离子交换膜技术,广泛应用于工业生产领域。结合双极膜电渗析和含盐工业废水的特征,重点阐述双极膜电渗析在冶金废水、印染废水、盐湖卤水和农药废水等含盐工业废水资源化利用中的应用,以期更好地处理含盐工业废水,实现资源化利用。With the rapid development of China’s industry,the discharge of salt containing industrial wastewater is increasing.The development of efficient and reliable salt containing industrial wastewater treatment technology has significant practical significance.Bipolar membrane has efficient hydrolysis and ionization properties,and bipolar membrane electrodialysis is a new type of ion exchange membrane technology that is easy to operate,low in energy consumption,and highly efficient and clean,and is widely used in industrial production.Combined with the characteristics of bipolar membrane electrodialysis and saline industrial wastewater,the application of bipolar membrane electrodialysis in the resource utilization of saline industrial wastewater such as metallurgical wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater,salt lake brine,and pesticide wastewater is emphasized,in order to better treat saline industrial wastewater and achieve resource utilization.
