摘 要:声环境质量是衡量城市环境质量好坏的重要指标,直接影响城市居民的宜居程度和幸福指数。以山西省首个声环境质量自动监测系统为例,介绍太原市在智能环境监测领域的创新实践。通过建设15个自动监测站点,实现了24 h连续自动监测,为城市环境管理提供了可靠的数据支撑。结果表明,2023年太原市声环境质量呈现稳中有升的发展态势,城市功能区声环境质量昼间达标率达95%,各类噪声污染投诉总数同比下降29.4%,成功实现了从手工监测到自动监测的转变。Acoustic environment quality is an important indicator for measuring the quality of urban environment,which directly affects the livability and happiness index of urban residents.The article takes the first automatic monitoring system for acoustic environment quality in Shanxi Province as an example to introduce the innovative practice of Taiyuan City in the field of intelligent environmental monitoring.By constructing 15 automatic monitoring stations,24-hour continuous automatic monitoring has been achieved,providing reliable data support for urban environmental management.The results show that in 2023,the sound environment quality in Taiyuan City will show a stable and upward development trend.The daytime compliance rate of sound environment quality in urban functional areas will reach 95%,and the total number of complaints about various types of noise pollution will decrease by 29.4% year-on-year,successfully achieving the transition from manual monitoring to automatic monitoring.
