摘　　要：苏州“毒地”事件凸显了环境信息披露的重要性与透明度提升的紧迫性,强调了政府、企业和第三方机构共同构建有效的信息公开机制的必要性。同时,提出工业用地土壤修复的优化策略,包括加强信息披露与风险评估、提高修复技术与方法的科学性、建立完善的退役土地登记和监测制度、提升公众的参与度、建立完善的监管制度等方面。The “toxic land” incident in Suzhou highlights the importance of environmental information disclosure and the urgency of improving transparency,emphasizing the necessity for the government,enterprises,and third-party organizations to jointly build an effective information disclosure mechanism.At the same time,optimization strategies for industrial land soil remediation are proposed,including strengthening information disclosure and risk assessment,improving the scientific nature of remediation technologies and methods,establishing a comprehensive system for registering and monitoring retired land,increasing public participation,and establishing a sound regulatory system.
