摘  要:基于价值工程理论,针对某城市近郊河道的水生态治理方案进行系统评价与优化。从河道现状出发,分析了水质污染、河道淤积及生态功能退化等问题,结合河道清淤、植被修复、生态护坡及水质监测系统等措施,详细开展了功能与成本的分析,并计算了各治理措施的价值系数。研究发现,该河道先前部分治理措施的成本高且效果有限,需要进一步优化。在此基础上,通过引入高效清淤技术、组合式人工浮岛系统、生态袋护坡及物联网水质监测系统等技术手段,优化治理方案,显著降低了成本,提高了生态效益。优化后的方案表现出较高的性价比,清淤、生态护坡和水质监测系统的成本降低20%~30%,生态功能改善明显。研究结论可为类似水生态治理工程提供借鉴。Based on the theory of value engineering,a systematic evaluation and optimization of the water ecological governance plan for a suburban river in a certain city.Starting from the current situation of the river,the problems of water pollution,river siltation,and ecological function degradation were analyzed.Combined with measures such as river dredging,vegetation restoration,ecological slope protection,and water quality monitoring system,a detailed analysis of functions and costs was carried out,and the value coefficients of each governance measure were calculated.The study found that some of the previous governance measures for the river had high costs and limited effectiveness,and further optimization is needed.On this basis,by introducing efficient dredging technology,combined artificial floating island system,ecological bag slope protection,and Internet of Things water quality monitoring system and other technical means,the governance plan has been optimized,significantly reducing costs and improving ecological benefits.The optimized plan shows high cost-effectiveness,with a cost reduction of 20%~30% for dredging,ecological slope protection,and water quality monitoring systems,and significant improvement in ecological functions.The research conclusion can provide reference for similar water ecological governance projects.
