摘 要:近些年,细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))、可吸入颗粒物(PM_(10))和O_(3)是影响南安市空气质量的主要污染物,污染物排放强度大是重污染天气形成的内因,不利的气象条件则是重污染天气形成的外因。本研究利用2018年1月至2023年6月南安市空气质量监测站点数据,结合地面和高空气象要素资料,选择随机森林(Random Forest,RF)算法构建南安市空气污染预测模型,运用气象标准化技术得到2018—2023年气象标准化的空气污染物小时浓度数据集,对比分析PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)和O_(3)等空气污染物浓度实测值与气象标准化的污染物浓度值,得出气象条件和减排措施对2018—2023年南安市空气质量演变的影响,评估空气质量管控成效。研究成果可以为南安市空气环境质量管控提供科学依据和有力的技术支撑,进一步促进南安市生态文明气象保障技术的发展。In recent years,fine particulate matter (PM_(2.5)),inhalable particulate matter (PM_(10)),and O_(3) have been the main pollutants affecting the air quality in Nan’an city,the high intensity of pollutant emissions is the internal cause of heavy pollution weather,while unfavorable meteorological conditions are the external cause of heavy pollution weather.This study utilized data from air quality monitoring stations in Nan’an city from January 2018 to June 2023,combined with ground and high-altitude meteorological element data,the Random Forest (RF) algorithm is selected to construct an air pollution prediction model for Nan’an city,the meteorological standardization technology is used to obtain a standardized hourly concentration dataset of air pollutants from 2018 to 2023,the measured values of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),O_(3) and other air pollutant concentrations are compared and analyzed with the standardized pollutant concentration values,the impact of meteorological conditions and emission reduction measures on the evolution of air quality in Nan’an city from 2018 to 2023 is obtained,and the effectiveness of air quality control is evaluated.The research results can provide scientific basis and strong technical support for air quality control in Nan’an city,further promoting the development of ecological civilization meteorological guarantee technology in Nan’an city.
