我国环境监测质量管理现状研究

摘　　要：数据质量是环境监测的生命,但是我国环境监测质量管理体系目前依然存在部分突出问题。结合环境监测质量管理体系的基本要求,分析质量保证与质量控制,指出存在的问题,然后提出改进措施。总体来说,要加强学习培训,健全质量管理体系,改革持证上岗考核制度,完善质控措施,强化数据和报告审核,严惩弄虚作假行为,最终提高环境监测质量。Data quality is the lifeblood of environmental monitoring,but there are still some prominent problems in China’s environmental monitoring quality management system.Based on the basic requirements of the environmental monitoring quality management system,analyze quality assurance and quality control,point out existing problems,and then propose improvement measures.Overall,it is necessary to strengthen learning and training,improve the quality management system,reform the certification assessment system,improve quality control measures,strengthen data and report review,severely punish fraudulent behavior,and ultimately improve the quality of environmental monitoring.
