摘 要:随着我国生态文明建设的不断推进,低碳理念已渗入诸多行业,低碳发展成为行业转型升级的重要方向。装配式建筑是一种新型的绿色建造方式,碳减排潜力巨大。结合我国装配式建筑碳减排现状,分析装配式建筑碳减排的必要性和主要路径,展望技术发展趋势。为了降低碳排放,装配式建筑应选用低碳材料,开展碳排放监测,采用节水器具和清洁能源。未来,装配式建筑应提高预制装配化水平,采用自动化技术,应用数字化建模工具。研究表明,装配式建筑碳减排有助于践行低碳理念,控制建设成本,提高节能效果,推动建筑行业的转型升级和绿色发展。With the continuous promotion of ecological civilization construction in China,the low-carbon concept has penetrated into many industries,and low-carbon development has become an important direction for industry transformation and upgrading.Prefabricated buildings are a new type of green construction method with enormous potential for carbon reduction.Based on the current situation of carbon reduction in prefabricated buildings in China,the necessity and main paths of carbon reduction are analyzed in prefabricated buildings,and the trend of technological development is looked forward.In order to reduce carbon emissions,prefabricated buildings should use low-carbon materials,conduct carbon emission monitoring,and adopt water-saving appliances and clean energy.In the future,prefabricated buildings should improve the level of prefabrication and assembly,adopt automation technology,and apply digital modeling tools.Research has shown that carbon reduction in prefabricated buildings helps to implement low-carbon concepts,control construction costs,improve energy efficiency,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and green development.
