摘  要:在全球能源转型的大背景下,新能源项目作为推动绿色发展和实现碳中和目标的关键力量,蓬勃发展。然而,新能源项目具有投资大、周期长、技术更新快等特点,使得成本管控、资源优化成为项目成功的关键因素。探讨新能源发电项目建设中的成本管控与资源优化配置的有效策略,通过分析风电、光伏等新能源发电项目的特点,提出一系列可行的解决方案,以期提高新能源发电项目的经济效益和可持续性。Against the backdrop of global energy transition,new energy projects are flourishing as a key force in promoting green development and achieving carbon neutrality goals.However,new energy projects have the characteristics of large investment,long cycle,and fast technological updates,making cost control and resource optimization the key factors for project success.Exploring effective strategies for cost control and resource optimization in the construction of new energy power generation projects,analyzing the characteristics of new energy power generation projects such as wind power and photovoltaics,and proposing a series of feasible solutions to improve the economic benefits and sustainability of new energy power generation projects.
