摘 要:主要研究甲醇加注站的节能与环保优化策略,解决了环境污染和能效低的问题。通过活性炭吸附、冷凝循环以及光催化氧化等废气处理技术,废气处理效率在85%~90%;采用双层罐设计和生物降解控制水污染,减少甲醇渗漏;隔音屏障和低噪声设备降低噪声35 dB。节能方面,优化设施与设计并升级智能设备,日均节电量为12 kW·h,年电量为4 380 kW·h。The main research focuses on energy-saving and environmental optimization strategies for methanol injection stations,solving the problems of environmental pollution and low energy efficiency.Through technologies such as activated carbon adsorption,condensation cycle,and photocatalytic oxidation,the efficiency of exhaust gas treatment ranges from 85% to 90%;Adopting a double-layer tank design and biodegradation to control water pollution and reduce methanol leakage;Noise barriers and low-noise equipment reduce noise by 35 dB.In terms of energy conservation,optimizing facilities and designs,and upgrading smart devices,the daily energy savings are 12 kW·h,and the annual energy savings are 4 380 kW·h.
