摘 要:为研究污水处理厂在高排放标准下的提标改造技术,以山东省某污水处理厂为例,采用多级厌氧好氧(Anaerobic Oxic,AO)与膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)工艺进行提标改造。从工艺设计、核心单元改造、运行效果等方面进行了详细分析。结果表明,改造后出水化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)、氨氮、总氮和总磷均达到排放标准,去除率分别超过92%、97%、80%和94%,并实现了高效、稳定的污水处理效果。研究表明,多级AO+MBR工艺在土地资源有限的情况下能够有效提升污水处理厂的处理能力和出水水质,为类似工程提供了可行性参考。To study the upgrading technology of sewage treatment plants under high discharge standards,a sewage treatment plant in Shandong Province was taken as an example,and multi-stage Anaerobic Oxic (AO) and Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) processes were used for upgrading.Detailed analysis was conducted from the aspects of process design,core unit transformation,and operational effectiveness.The results showed that after the transformation,the effluent Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD),ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus all met the discharge standards,with removal rates exceeding 92%,97%,80%,and 94%,respectively,and achieved efficient and stable sewage treatment effects.Research has shown that the multi-stage AO+MBR process can effectively improve the treatment capacity and effluent quality of sewage treatment plants in situations where land resources are limited,providing feasible references for similar projects.
