摘 要:本文对中宽厚板边线裂纹进行了分析,探讨了其成因,并通过多种工业试验探索了中厚板边线裂纹的控制方法。工业实践中,分别采用凸形弧面结晶器凸度为12 mm和8 mm的两种方案,最终确定了控制边线裂纹的最优工艺参数,并固化了结晶器凸度为8 mm的弧面结晶器技术。该技术的应用取得了显著效果:边线裂纹的宽度均<25mm;打通和捋顺钢-轧界面,缩短了交货期;钢板的现货率由2.6%降低至0.97%,成材率提升1.6%,热送热装率提高至76%。This paper analyzes the edge line cracks of medium and wide thick plates,discusses their causes,and explores the control methods of edge line cracks of medium thick plates through various industrial tests.In industrial practice,the two schemes of convex arc crystallizer with a convexity of 12 mm and 8 mm were adopted respectively,and the optimal process parameters for controlling edge line cracks were finally determined,and the arc crystallizer technology with a crystallizer convexity of 8 mm was solidified.The application of this technology has achieved remarkable results:the width of edge cracks is less than 25 mm;the delivery time is shortened by opening and smoothing the steel-roll interface;the spot rate of steel plate is reduced from 2.6% to 0.97%,the yield rate is increased by 1.6%,and the rate of hot-feeding and hot-assembling is increased to 76%.
