摘　　要：本文以生产现场和用户使用现场为基础,阐述了一种以冷轧商品卷为基板的高光泽度环保制桶桶身板TSPCC钢种在研发过程中出现的各类缺陷及其产生原因。通过多次针对性攻关,取得了显著成效:一次检验合格率从前期的不足80%提升至99.02%,废次降发生率从前期的3.25%降低至0.67%,同时客户满意度从前期的不足60%提高至100%。This paper is based on the production site and user site,describes a cold rolled commodity coil as the substrate of high gloss environmentally friendly barrel barrel body plate TSPCC steel in the research and development process of various types of defects and their causes.Through a number of targeted research and development,significant results have been achieved:the passing rate of the first inspection was increased from less than 80% to 99.02%,the incidence of scrap was reduced from 3.25% to 0.67%,and customer satisfaction was increased from less than 60% to 100%.
