摘  要:本文分析了冶炼过程中影响转炉煤气回收的主要因素。确定现阶段我厂煤气回收存在的主要问题,通过优化活动烟罩连接装置提升了活动烟罩降罩全炉役的可行性;通过优化转炉冶炼过程中冶炼方法、造渣制度及供氧制度降低了冶炼过程CO含量急剧下降的发生频次;通过优化除尘风量、环缝开度、氧气流量等除尘设备工艺参数的连锁关系提高了转炉煤气中CO含量。基于除尘设备改型、冶炼制度优化、连锁条件调整等三个方面的改进从而达到提高转炉炼钢工序煤气回收量的目标。This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the recovery of converter gas in the smelting process.The main problems existing in the gas recovery of our plant at this stage are determined.The feasibility of the whole furnace service of the movable hood is improved by optimizing the connecting device of the movable hood.The frequency of the sharp decline of CO content in the smelting process is reduced by optimizing the smelting method,slagging system and oxygen supply system in the smelting process of the converter.The CO content in the converter gas is increased by optimizing the chain relationship of the dust removal air volume,ring slit opening,oxygen flow and other dust removal equipment parameters.Based on the improvement of dust removal equipment modification,smelting system optimization and chain condition adjustment,the goal of improving the recovery of gas in the smelting process of the converter is achieved.
