摘　　要：文章介绍了滑板挡渣技术在150 t转炉的应用。采用滑板挡渣技术以后转炉挡渣率达到99.2%,钢水回磷量明显降低,提高了合金回收率。同时因下渣原因造成的热停事故为零,有效降低了生产成本。This paper introduces the application of sliding plate slag blocking technology in 150 t converter.After adopting the sliding slag-blocking technology,the slag-blocking rate of converter reaches 99.2%,the phosphorus return of molten steel is obviously reduced,and the recovery rate of alloy is improved.At the same time,the hot stop accident caused by slag is zero,which effectively reduces the production cost.
