摘 要:为达到Q345C+022Cr23Ni5Mo3N不锈钢复合钢板材质的钢衬制造精品工程质量目标,提升钢衬直角接头熔透焊缝的焊接质量和施工效率,需研究并采用新的制作工艺技术。在不锈钢复合钢板直角连接的熔透纵缝焊接工序中,采用了新型坡口焊接工艺。通过优化坡口设计和实施合理的焊接工艺措施,有效保证了复合钢板的焊接质量。该不锈钢复合钢衬制作工艺技术的应用,成功解决了不锈钢复合钢板焊接质量难以保证的问题,为其他同类工程提供了借鉴经验。In order to achieve the quality goal of high-quality engineering for the manufacturing of steel lining with Q345C+022Cr23Ni5Mo3N stainless steel composite steel plate material,and to improve the welding quality and construction efficiency of the steel lining right angle joint fusion weld,it is necessary to study and adopt new manufacturing process technologies.In the fusion longitudinal seam welding process of stainless steel composite steel plate right angle connection,a new groove welding technology is adopted.By optimizing the groove design and implementing reasonable welding process measures,the welding quality of composite steel plates has been effectively ensured.The application of the manufacturing process technology for stainless steel composite steel lining has successfully solved the problem of difficult to guarantee the welding quality of stainless steel composite steel plates,providing valuable reference experience for other similar projects.
