摘 要:金属热处理是提高金属材料性能的重要手段,其中感应加热技术以其高效、节能、精确的特点,在金属表面硬化、退火等过程中得到广泛应用。感应加热通过电磁感应原理产生局部加热,能精确控制工件的加热深度和温度分布,显著提高生产效率和产品质量。本文分析了感应加热技术在金属热处理中的应用,研究了其在表面硬化、淬火等热处理工艺中的应用实例,提出了感应加热技术在工艺参数优化和设备配置方面的具体要求,旨在通过精确的工艺控制实现工件性能的提升。Metal heat treatment is an important method for improving the performance of metal materials,and induction heating technology is widely used in processes such as surface hardening and annealing due to its high efficiency,energy-saving,and precise characteristics.Induction heating generates localized heating through the principle of electromagnetic induction,allowing precise control over the heating depth and temperature distribution of workpieces,significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.This paper analyzes the application of induction heating technology in metal heat treatment,explores its use in surface hardening,quenching,and other heat treatment processes,and presents specific requirements for process parameter optimization and equipment configuration,aiming to enhance the performance of workpieces through precise process control.
