高钽含量钽钛合金制备及其组织性能研究

摘  要:采用真空电子束熔炼、真空自耗电弧熔炼两种方式相结合的方式获得Φ160mm的高钽含量钽钛合金铸锭。对铸锭横截面不同位置、纵向不同位置进行化学成分检测,对合金相组成、微观组织进行分析。结果表明,铸锭底部是组织较为均匀的铸态组织。采用真空电子束熔炼、真空自耗电弧熔炼两种方式相结合的方式制备的钽钛合金铸锭钽含量波动较小,能够生产出合金成分分布均匀、波动较小,并且无夹杂等缺陷的钽钛合金铸锭。组织均匀一致,均为单相等轴β组织,晶粒度评级7.5级。High tantalum content tantalum titanium alloy ingots with a diameter of 160 mm were obtained by combining vacuum electron beam melting and vacuum consumable arc melting.Perform chemical composition testing on different positions of the cross-section and longitudinal direction of the ingot;Analyze the alloy phase composition and microstructure.The results indicate that the bottom of the ingot has a relatively uniform as cast structure.The tantalum titanium alloy ingot prepared by combining vacuum electron beam melting and vacuum consumable arc melting has small fluctuations in tantalum content,and can produce tantalum titanium alloy ingots with uniform alloy composition distribution,small fluctuations,and no defects such as inclusions.The organization is uniform and consistent,with a single-phase equiaxed β structure and a grain size rating of 7.5.
