摘  要:本文针对八钢空压站能耗高、供气与用气不匹配等问题进行研究,提出了构建AI智慧空压站系统、离心机群运行台数和压力匹配控制、离心空压机机间流量分配等改造方案。包括设备节能化更新、干燥机和疏水阀节能化改造、流量控制单元设置等措施,实现了节能降耗和智能化运行。压缩空气电单耗由0.130 Kwh/m^(3)降至0.109 Kwh/m^(3)以下。同时阐述了AI云平台节能管控系统的特点与优势。This paper focuses on the problems of high energy consumption and mismatched gas supply and demand in the Bayi Steel Air Compressor Station.It proposes a series of retrofit schemes such as constructing an AI intelligent air compressor station system,controlling the number and pressure matching of centrifuge compressor groups in operation,and distributing the flow among centrifugal air compressors.These include energy-efficient equipment renewal,energy-saving retrofits of dryers and steam traps,installation of flow control units and other measures,achieving energy conservation,consumption reduction and intelligent operation.The specific manifestation is that the unit power consumption of compressed air has been reduced from 0.130^(kwh/m^(3))to below 0.109 Kwh/m^(3).At the same time,the characteristics and advantages of the AI cloud platform energy-saving management and control system are elaborated.
