摘　　要：以钢渣作为原料,通过提钙、碱解工艺过程制备工业白炭黑,是钢铁等行业固废资源化利用的途径之一。本文介绍了“钢渣溶矿提钙-溶矿渣碱解提硅-碱解液碳化制备偏硅酸”新工艺生产白炭黑的技术和过程控制参数。研究表明:通过控制搅拌、溶液浓度等条件,液固两相在常压和100℃下即可实现钢渣溶矿提钙率和碱解提硅率都高达70%,且物料浆液的停留时间可控制在30min以内,实现很好的反应效果,产品二氧化硅通过检测符合工业产品质量要求。Using steel slag as raw material,industrial white carbon black is prepared through calcium extraction and alkaline hydrolysis processes,which is one of the ways to recycle waste solid resources in industries such as steel.This article introduces the technology and process control parameters for producing white carbon black using a new process of"steel slag mineral dissolution for calcium extraction-slag alkali hydrolysis for silicon extraction-alkali hydrolysis liquid carbonization for preparing silicic acid".Research has shown that by controlling stirring,solution concentration,and other conditions,the liquid-solid two-phase can achieve a high calcium extraction rate and alkali hydrolysis silicon extraction rate of up to 70% for steel slag at atmospheric pressure and 100℃.The residence time of the material slurry can be controlled within 30 minutes,achieving good reaction effects.The product silica meets the quality requirements of industrial products through testing.
