摘 要:冷轧厂是钢铁全流程生产中的重要工序环节,其中退火炉群作为关键设备,对钢材的性质和后续加工具有决定性影响。然而,传统的排产方式往往依赖于人工经验,难以实现全局优化,导致生产效率低下、成本上升。本研究旨在通过优化退火炉群的精益排产,并对前后工序的前置预判及协调,减少生产等待时间,提高设备作业率,实现生产效率的显著提升和成本的有效降低[1]。本研究采用数学方法建模,对退火炉群的排产问题进行描述,通过建模规划求解,探讨智慧辅助决策模型建立的方向与实用性,并将优化后的排产策略应用于实际生产中,进行效果评估。本研究为退火炉群的排产优化提供有效的解决方案,对于提效降耗、增强市场竞争力具有重要意义,可为冷轧厂实际生产提供有益的指导。Cold rolling mill is an important process link in the whole process of iron and steel production,in which the annealing furnace group,as the key equipment,has a decisive influence on the nature and subsequent processing of steel.However,the traditional production scheduling method often relies on manual experience,which is difficult to achieve global optimization,resulting in low production efficiency and rising costs.This study aims to optimize the lean production scheduling,improve the prediction and coordination of the process of annealing furnace group,and realize the significant improvement of production efficiency and effective cost reduction of.In this study,mathematical modeling was used to describe the production arrangement problem of annealing furnace group,explore the direction and practicability of intelligent decision-making model,and apply the optimized production scheduling strategy to the actual production to evaluate the effect.This study provides an effective solution for the production scheduling optimization of annealing furnace group,which is of great significance for improving efficiency and reducing consumption and enhancing market competitiveness,and can provide useful guidance for the actual production of cold rolling mill.
