摘 要:废弃矿区的修复和更新不仅能解决环境问题,还可以带来经济和社会效益,有助于推动全球或区域生态文明建设和可持续发展。在中国,废弃矿区生态修复通常是先行且必然的步骤,这导致废弃矿区更新的滞后性,不利于土地资源高效利用和经济高质量发展。因此,对于已进行生态修复的废弃矿区进行更新研究迫在眉睫。本文以北京大安山废弃矿区为例,引入触媒理论对其更新优化策略进行深入研究。本研究不仅为北京市大安山废弃矿区更新提供了理论依据,同时为触媒理论在全球废弃矿区更新中的应用提供了案例参考。Rehabilitation and renewal of abandoned mine sites not only solve environmental problems,but also bring economic and social benefits,which help to promote global or regional ecological civilization construction and sustainable development.In China,ecological restoration of abandoned mine sites is usually a prior and inevitable step,which leads to a lag in the renewal of abandoned mine sites,which is not conducive to the efficient utilization of land resources and high-quality economic development.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct renewal research on abandoned mine sites that have been ecologically restored.In this paper,we take the abandoned mine area of Da'anshan in Beijing as an example,and introduce the catalyst theory to conduct an in-depth study on its renewal optimization strategy.This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the renewal of Beijing Da'anshan abandoned mine area,but also provides a case reference for the application of catalyst theory in the renewal of abandoned mine areas around the world.
