摘  要:为解决传统的运维方式已经无法满足现代工业对设备管理的高要求问题,实现对圆形堆取料机的实时监控、故障预警、维护决策支持和生命周期管理功能,本文探讨了圆形堆取料机智能运维系统的构建,强调了选择合适的通信技术、数据加密和安全协议、冗余通信方案以及网络设备配置的重要性,在数据处理技术方面,讨论了云计算平台的选择,数据流处理架构设计、数据备份与恢复策略以及云服务资源的动态调整,在机器学习与人工智能领域,强调了算法选择、收集高质量历史数据、模型训练与验证以及模型部署的重要性,对于用户交互技术部分着重于用户界面设计、响应式设计、功能开发和用户权限管理,智能运维系统的实施能显著提升设备运行效率和安全性,延长设备使用寿命,降低运维成本,提高安全管理水平,本文提出系统通过集成传感器技术、数据处理技术和预测性维护技术,实现了设备的全面监控和智能管理,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。To address the issue that traditional operation and maintenance methods can no longer meet the high demands of modern industry for equipment management,this paper explores the construction of an intelligent operation and maintenance system for circular stacker-reclaimer machines,emphasizing the importance of selecting appropriate communication technologies,data encryption and security protocols,redundant communication schemes,and network device configurations.In terms of data processing technology,the paper discusses the choice of cloud computing platforms,the design of data stream processing architectures,data backup and recovery strategies,and the dynamic adjustment of cloud service resources.In the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence,the importance of algorithm selection,collecting high-quality historical data,model training and validation,and model deployment is emphasized.For user interaction technology,the focus is on user interface design,responsive design,functional development,and user permission management.The implementation of the intelligent operation and maintenance system can significantly improve equipment operational efficiency and safety,extend equipment service life,reduce operation and maintenance costs,and enhance safety management levels.This paper proposes that the system,by integrating sensor technology,data processing technology,and predictive maintenance technology,achieves comprehensive monitoring and intelligent management of equipment,offering good application prospects and value for promotion.
