摘 要:为了更好地指导赤城煤矿5-2煤层自燃预测预报防灭火工作,在对赤城煤矿5-2煤层测试煤样实验室程序升温氧化过程研究的基础上,通过理论研究分析,并根据煤自燃特性、CO来源因素以及实验室煤样氧化分析,构建起预报煤炭自燃的CO指标气体数学模型。基于已建立的数学模型,通过数值计算和模拟分析,得出赤城煤矿5-2煤层工作面上隅角以及采空区“三带”煤层自然发火标志气体CO的临界值。In order to better guide the prediction and forecasting of spontaneous combustion in the 5-2 coal seam of Chicheng Coal Mine for fire prevention and suppression,a mathematical model of CO indicator gas for predicting spontaneous combustion of coal was constructed on the basis of the study of the oxidation process of the laboratory procedure of warming and oxidizing the test samples of the 5-2 coal seam of the Chicheng Coal Mine through theoretical research and analysis,and on the basis of the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal,the factors of the source of CO,and oxidative analysis of the laboratory samples of the coal.Based on the established mathematical model,through numerical calculation and simulation analysis,the critical value of CO indicator gas for natural ignition in the upper corner of the working face of the 5-2 coal seam and the"three zones"coal seams in the air-mining area of the Chicheng coal mine is obtained.
