摘 要:在煤矿采矿工程中,复杂地质条件下的采煤工艺与技术应用较为重要。对此,研究重点从地质条件的分析、设备受力控制、动态监测及调控三方面入手,以提升采煤工艺的适应性与安全性。基于孔庄煤矿的矿区地质条件分析,明确了煤层倾角、断层分布等对采煤设备运行稳定性的影响,并通过受力情况及设备布置优化,实现了对刮板输送机及支架稳定性的有效调控;在设备受力控制方面,通过伪斜平衡点调控技术,应用双中线法进行动态监测,精准捕捉工作面倾角、面长变化和刮板输送机位置变化,实现实时调整;结合长短刀调采和虚实中心旋转调面工艺,减少了刮板输送机的滑移趋势,确保采煤设备在推溜过程中的平稳性;通过优化抵溜顺序、增加单体支架辅助支撑等措施,加强了刮板输送机在倾角变化中的抗滑性,保持了设备的稳定运行。In coal mining engineering,the application of coal mining technology and techniques under complex geological conditions is relatively important.In this regard,the research focuses on three aspects:analysis of geological conditions,control of equipment stress,dynamic monitoring and regulation,in order to enhance the adaptability and safety of coal mining technology.Based on the geological condition analysis of Kongzhuang coal mine,the influence of coal seam dip angle,fault distribution,etc.on the stability of coal mining equipment operation was clarified.Through the optimization of stress conditions and equipment layout,effective control of the stability of scraper conveyor and support was achieved;In terms of equipment force control,the pseudo oblique balance point control technology is used,and the double center line method is applied for dynamic monitoring to accurately capture changes in the working face inclination angle,face length,and scraper conveyor position,achieving real-time adjustment;By combining the techniques of long and short blade adjustment and virtual and real center rotation adjustment,the sliding tendency of the scraper conveyor is reduced,ensuring the smoothness of the coal mining equipment during the pushing and sliding process;By optimizing the sliding sequence and increasing the auxiliary support of individual brackets,the anti slip performance of the scraper conveyor during inclination changes has been strengthened,maintaining the stable operation of the equipment.
