摘  要:在工业生产中,低碳拉丝材主要用于制造各种金属线材产品和小五金件,它具有良好的可塑性、韧性和焊接性能且成本相对较低。本文针对低碳拉丝材优化过程中存在的钢水质量、加工性能、表面质量和氧化铁皮形态等方面的问题提出了一系列改进措施,并通过具体的数据和案例来证明这些措施的有效性。这些改进既提高了产品的市场竞争力,又为行业的可持续发展提供了有益的参考。In industrial production,low-carbon wire drawing materials are mainly used to manufacture various metal wire products and small hardware components.They have good plasticity,toughness,and welding performance,and are relatively low-cost.This article proposes a series of improvement measures to address the issues of steel quality,processing performance,surface quality,and oxide scale morphology in the optimization process of low-carbon wire drawing materials.The effectiveness of these measures is demonstrated through specific data and cases.These improvements not only enhance the market competitiveness of the product,but also provide useful references for the sustainable development of the industry.
