摘　　要：电感耦合等离子体质谱仪目前被广泛用于气体重金属的检测,虽然该设备具有分析速度较快、谱图较为简单等优点,但也存在操作较为复杂等缺点。在对该仪器进行应用时,我们需要了解其原理、优点以及存在的问题。本文探讨了电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的应用,希望能为相关工作人员开展工作提供一定的理论依据。At present,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is widely used for the detection of gas heavy metals,although the equipment has the advantages of fast analysis speed and simple spectrum,it also has the disadvantages of complex operation.In the application of this instrument,we need to understand its principle,advantages and existing problems.This paper discusses the application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer,hoping to provide a certain theoretical basis for the work of relevant staff.
