摘  要:通过对伊犁钢铁530 m^(3)高炉在炉役后期的生产实践分析,总结了有效的护炉方法和经验,为高炉的稳定运行和长寿提供了参考。通过调整风口布局、降低进水温度、局部增加防护流槽等措施,成功将侧壁温度降低了130℃,有效减缓了侵蚀速度。此外,通过设立警戒温度并采取相应措施,进一步提高了高炉的安全性。本文的研究结果表明,科学的管理和精心的维护是保证高炉长期稳定运行的关键。By analyzing the production practice of 530 m^(3)blast furnace of Yili Steel in the late stage of furnace service,effective methods and experiences of furnace protection are summarized,which provide reference for the stable operation and long life of the blast furnace.By adjusting the layout of the air outlet,lowering the temperature of water inlet,locally increasing the protective flow channel and other measures,the temperature of the side wall was successfully reduced by 130℃,which effectively slowed down the erosion rate.In addition,the safety of the blast furnace was further improved by setting up the warning temperature and taking corresponding measures.The results of this paper show that scientific management and careful maintenance are the key to ensure the long-term stable operation of the blast furnace.
