摘 要:为解决艾维尔沟矿区碎软难解吸煤层瓦斯治理过程中因施工穿层、顺层密集预抽钻孔导致的矿井瓦斯抽采工程量大、资金成本高、施工周期长等问题,进而引发的抽、掘、采失衡及采掘接续紧张状况,焦煤集团引进了井下定向长钻孔辅助水力压裂、水力压裂快速揭煤、水力割缝等煤层瓦斯治理技术。这些技术为缓解矿区采掘接续紧张问题、保障焦煤集团正常生产接续提供了重要技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of large volume of gas extraction works,high capital cost and long construction period caused by the construction of intensive pre-pumping drill holes through and along the layers in the gas control process of the soft and difficult to desorb coal seams in Aivelgou mine area,which in turn led to the imbalance of extraction,digging,mining and the tense situation of the succession of the mining,the Coking Coal Group has introduced the technologies of gas control of the coal seams such as underground directional long-drill hole-assisted hydraulic fracturing,hydraulic fracturing rapid coal uncovering,and hydraulic seam cutting.These technologies have helped to alleviate the mining shortage in the mining area.These technologies have provided important technical support to alleviate the tense mining and excavation succession problems in the mining area and ensure the normal production succession of Coking Coal Group.
