摘 要:随着采煤机械化程度提高,选煤厂大型化建设以及重介质旋流器的广泛应用,高灰尾煤的比例显著增加。伴随着煤泥可浮性恶化的增加趋势,导致煤泥灰分高、可浮性差、煤含量大的分选矛盾更加突出。与此同时,作为不可再生资源的煤炭储量不断减少,煤泥分选过程中暴露出的回收率以及生产效率低的缺陷也越发明显,已成为制约煤炭资源利用率以及洗煤效能的一个关键因素。本文重点研究高灰尾煤的高效洗选方法,加大资源回收率,降低生产成本,提升新疆区域内炼焦煤资源利用率。With the improvement of coal mining mechanization,the large-scale construction of coal preparation plants,and the widespread application of heavy medium cyclones,the proportion of high ash tail coal has significantly increased.With the increasing trend of deteriorating floatability of coal slurry,the separation contradiction of high ash content,poor floatability,and high coal content in coal slurry has become more prominent.At the same time,as a non renewable resource,coal reserves continue to decrease,and the low recovery rate and production efficiency exposed in the coal slurry sorting process have become increasingly evident,which has become a key factor restricting the utilization rate of coal resources and the efficiency of coal washing.This article focuses on the efficient washing method of high ash tail coal,increasing resource recovery rate,reducing production costs,and improving the utilization rate of coking coal resources in Xinjiang region.
