摘　　要：厂房建筑是建筑工程中重要组成之一,其施工质量直接影响着厂房的整体性能,而厂房大面积混凝土地坪的施工,其施工技术的应用决定着大面积混凝土地坪质量的优劣。同时,在确保施工质量不受影响的前提下,如何快速、简便且有效地节约成本并缩短工期,以完成封闭厂房内大面积混凝土地坪的施工,是一个值得深入分析和研究的问题。基于此,本文通过对荆州综合保税区(一期)工程总承包(EPC)项目中钢框架厂房建设施工案例展开分析,对封闭厂房大面积混凝土地坪的施工技术进行探索,以供类似工程参考和借鉴。Factory building is one of the important components in construction engineering,and its construction quality directly affects the overall performance of the factory.The application of construction technology in the construction of large-area concrete flooring in factories determines the quality of the large-area concrete flooring.At the same time,how to quickly,easily,and effectively save costs and shorten the construction period while ensuring that the construction quality is not affected,in order to complete the construction of large-area concrete floors in enclosed factories,is a problem worthy of in-depth analysis and research.Based on this,this article analyzes the construction case of steel frame factory building in the EPC project of Jingzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone(Phase I),explores the construction technology of large-area concrete flooring for enclosed factories,and provides reference and inspiration for similar projects.
