摘  要:厂坝矿区民采自80年代初至1997年7月露天采场塌陷关停,持续时间长达近二十年,厂坝矿区群采小矿一时期曾达到128个,民采巷道和采空区纵横交错,矿山建设和铅锌资源遭受严重破坏,可采储量锐减。由于民采破坏后续开采中开采成本和安全风险增加,影响矿山经济效益和可持续发展,同时对地区经济发展和矿产资源整体开发效益产生负面影响,可能导致地质灾害和资源型产业萎缩。为确保矿山可持续发展,需加强矿山资源储量的准确性,建议加强资源损失管理与核销工作。The mining activities in the Changba mining area,which began in the early 1980s and continued until the collapse of the open-pit mine in July 1997,lasted for nearly two decades.At one point,the number of small-scale mining operations in the Changba mining area reached 128,with a complex network of mining tunnels and goafs crisscrossing the area.This led to severe damage to the mine infrastructure and the lead-zinc resources,resulting in a sharp decline in recoverable reserves.The subsequent mining activities were plagued by increased costs and safety risks due to the damage caused by these small-scale operations,negatively impacting the economic benefits and sustainable development of the mine.Additionally,the overall development efficiency of regional economic growth and mineral resources was adversely affected,potentially leading to geological disasters and the decline of resource-based industries.To ensure the sustainable development of the mine,it is essential to enhance the accuracy of resource reserve assessments and strengthen the management and write-off of resource losses.
