摘  要:包米勒(Baumüller)伺服装置作为高速线材生产线的核心驱动设备,其调试过程直接影响剪切精度与生产效率。本文以BM4434伺服驱动器与DSO 100L电机为研究对象,结合西门子S7-1500 PLC与Profibus通讯协议,系统分析其在三号剪分钢器中的调试方法。通过ProDriver软件实现参数配置、自动调谐与双编码器协同控制,解决了宽转速范围(600 rpm~2000 rpm)下的转矩波动抑制与多轴协同难题。实验表明,调试后系统定位误差由±50μm降至±3.5μm,响应时间缩短至28 ms,故障停机率降低100%。本文总结的调试流程与分级保护机制,为高速线材生产智能化提供了技术参考。Baumüller servo drives,as core components in high-speed wire rod production lines,play a critical role in shear accuracy and production efficiency.This paper focuses on the BM4434 servo drive and DSO 100L motor,combined with Siemens S7-1500 PLC and Profibus communication protocol,systematically analyzing their debugging methods in the No.3 shear distributor.Through ProDriver software,parameter configuration,auto-tuning,and dual-encoder collaborative control were implemented,solving torque fluctuation suppression and multi-axis synchronization challenges under wide speed range(600 rpm~2000 rpm).Experimental results show that the positioning error decreased from±50μm to±3.5μm,response time shortened to 28 ms,and fault downtime reduced by 100%.The debugging process and hierarchical protection mechanism summarized in this paper provide technical references for intelligent upgrading of high-speed wire rod production.
