摘　　要：针对冬季120t转炉煤气回收过程中,三通阀处和煤气柜入口处氧含量检测存在偏差,甚至影响转炉煤气回收的问题展开调查分析。通过现场检查、问题处置以及对激光气体分析仪检测原理的分析,得出结论:由于转炉煤气中饱和水含量的差异,影响了两处氧含量检测仪表对氧含量体积百分比的计算,从而导致偏差的产生。Investigate and analyze the problem of deviation of oxygen content detection at the three-way valve and at the entrance of the gas cabinet in the process of 120 t converter gas recovery in winter,which even affects the recovery of converter gas.Through on-site inspection,disposal of the problem and analysis of the detection principle of the laser gas analyzer,it was concluded that the difference in saturated water content in the converter gas affected the calculation of the volume percentage of oxygen content by the oxygen content detecting instrument at the two places,which led to the deviation.
